I’m Annaclara, a yoga and somatics teacher, registered nurse, mindfulness guide and meditation teacher, currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Medical Science. My work lives at the meeting point between science and soul, bridging evidence-based wellbeing techniques with the wisdom of ritual, embodiment, and mindfulness.
